I have tried to figure this out, but just can’t figure it out. I don’t necessarily have women hanging down my door to be with me, even though I feel like I’m a good dude. I’m not understanding how to really sweet talk or get and keep a woman’s interest. One example just tried my hand, and stopped a young lady at my gym and told her she had a pretty smile (not much but small steps). I haven’t seen her since then, so I’m like hmm what the heck. I need help, because I’m about to knock down 40’s door and still no prospects. I almost feel like a woman, like I have ticker to get married (no offense ladies). I need some help!

Don't start off with her image and don't approach a girl at the gym unless they are obviously interested in you, girls find this creepy. Best way to find a girl is by getting into social hobbies things you might be into. Start a conversation with something you notice, like a logo they are wearing or ask them how they are enjoying their day and that you just joined the group and wanted to know more about the area. These things start conversations any kind of small talk that is simple and innocent with a calm approach will allow you to learn more about her.
