I recently was traveling on a train and kept exchanging looks/glances with this very attractive and gorgeous woman, it was clear we both found each other attractive enough to make eye contact again and again, I think we both were too shy to speak to each other, I even wrote this quick note (it's so difficult to write something in a moving train lol) to give her my number but chickened out at the last moment.

Not for me, but then again I have plenty of guys giving me their numbers or asking for mine without having to figure something out.
