Ok so I like my sisters best friend and my sister knows it. And she thinks we would be a good fit but she’s really hard to read what are some things my sister could ask her while being discreet about it because I don’t want to make things awkward between them if she doesn’t like me like that

Ya I hope she does though I’ve had thoughts of dating her for months now but I’ve just been way to scared to even admit to anyone about it but I’ve gotten to the point where I just can’t keep it a secret anymore and the only person I’ve told is my sister and that was 2 days ago

Sorry I didn't explain myself properly.
You said you didn't want your sister to say the wrong thing to her friend in case it messes up their friendship, but what I'm advocating is you tell your sister';s friend that you like her and would like to go out on a date with her. That way anything that happens between you and her has nothing at all to do with your sister, and won't ruin their friendship.
