I like to be playful at work but will some people think this is flirting?

Im playful with co workers who are girls. The only thing i really do is have playful remarks that aren't sexual. I never introduce touching or anything else. Is this considered flirting in your opinion? The girls at work are playful back with me by the way idc to do with girls who dont do it back

a few might, but some people also see a little compliment on outfit as flirting. Some people just mistake friendly actions as flirting for some reason. That does not mean one has to stop doing them. I think as long as there is no touching, then it's fine being teasing/playful

No, but people often tend to mistake kindness/being playful with flirting 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I'll say it depends on how well they know you. If they know you and that you just have a playful personality and like to joke around, then I wouldn't worry about it.

In my opinion, as long as it's playful teasing conversations that you have, it should be fine. When you start touching and what not, then it's crossing over into flirting.
