What should I text to a guy I'm talking to to make him ask me out already?

We've been talking for a while and both have indirectly admitted to having feelings for each other and we've brought up wanting to be in a relationship with each other. What are some things I can text him to make him ask me out already? We always text comfortably and make jokes all of the time so how can I text him something without it being too random or awkward?

Why don’t you just ask him out? That mindset of him needing to ask you out first only wastes time. Unless you’re just shy, or fear rejection, in which case you shouldn’t worry about either of those feelings. The worst he can do is say no and yeah that would suck but it’s not gonna kill you. In fact it would be better to get rejected now if that’s where his head is at, so you can stop wasting time talking to someone who doesn’t want anything with you. I have a feeling that isn’t the case tho.

Yep! It’s a great way to build confidence in yourself as well☺️ I know everyone has their own interpretation of what asking someone out means. So if you are inviting him somewhere then I’d say just pick something casual you’d both enjoy and invite him, don’t overthink it. If it’s asking him to be your boyfriend, then do it in the way you feel comfortable. Some people like to do some sort of presentation. Or something memorable. Like one of my girlfriends asked her boyfriend out by having his brother bring him to this bar we all love, and meeting him in the parking lot with a poster board lol. However I’m not big on that. When I asked a guy out back in 2016, it was at a party, we were just talking and I was like ‘do you feel like it’s a good time to make things official with us?’ Then I had said some sort of joke but he agreed it was a great time a boom, that was it.

Trust rejection is way worse for a guy. Girls don't get rejected nearly as much. If you wait too long some other girl might swoop in an ask him out.

Be more direct with how you feel. People don't deserve real relationships if they too scared to be vulnerable. Shit hold his hand and kiss him. You'll get an answer to how he really feels. If he doesn't or can't convey his feelings then consider moving on.
