Are just emojis as a response bad from my crush?

I get emojis only from my crush now when he texts me. Its very strange. he never used to do this. are cute emojis like a heart or a smile a bad thing instead of actual text of words?

I wish people understood that the purpose of social media (WhatsApp/texting/DMs ), is to escalate the interaction towards a face to face interaction. You cannot build meaningful attraction through social media. Kind regards, DoctorSex
