A combination of many things.
1# no one around here meets my standards.
2# I'm quite tired at the end of the day I think last week I lifted by hand like 23,000-24,000 pounds. Usually it's a little more then half that but it tires me out quite a bit especially in the heat then I also work out after work so I'm usually pretty tired and I'm gonna start helping a friend work out as soon as I get him into the gym so that will take away more of my time. Now if I was actually active I'd make the time for it obviously but given that I'm not I don't see a point for it at the moment.
3# I have no interest in casual flings they're pointless and a waste of my time and turn me off.
4# I grew up in a good solid family who reinforced that without crossing boundaries or getting you know controlling, etc. And just had a good support structure regarding those kinds of things.
5# I work out it tires me out but also increases my sex drive so it's kind of a catch 22 situation but it helps take the tension off because I can just take out my sexual frustrations out on the weights and get more muscular in the process so it's a win, win.
