He is my crash. We hit it off. Now we text each other about private life around 1-2times/week, a few messages each time. I know him for about 2 weeks, saw him 2 times from work (We’re in a big company so we don’t come across often. But he came to search me last time :p ).

I wouldn’t put a time stamp on that and just go with the flow, it’s only been 2 weeks. I’d also say to pay attention to his behavior, I don't know what’s comfortable and normal for you but only talking 1 or 2 times within seven days (that’s like 4 times total in 2 weeks?) doesn’t sound very promising. No offense.
