What does it mean when a guy who rarely posts on insta posts a sign that says "she knows I want her but she doesn't give a fo"?

I have a crush on this guy that has been semi flirting with me by being really flirty at times and distant during other times. I kinda have given up on him because he told me that he is talking with someone but it is still hard to give up totally since he keeps wanting to go to my apartment's gym with me and workout with me. He posted this sign in Instagram so I am wondering if he is trying to tell the other person he is "talking to" how he feels and I wonder if this means it's not going too well.. should I give up on him since he is playing with 2 girls?

Although if you want him to be more interested in you, you could start becoming unavailable.

My tips are when he asked to go to the gym with you tell him you're going with someone else, or that you're busy. Don't hang out with him anymore, the only real contact you should have with him is when you accidentally run into him and even then only speak for a max of 2 mins.

If he’s told you he’s seeing someone else then my guess is it’s about her. Especially on social media where she could see, he wouldn’t post about someone else. Going to your gym is free and convenient, which is likely why he goes.

If he’s talking with someone else you should give up on him until he stops talking to her
