Usually when a woman is really into you she will make it very obvious. She makes it easy for you to talk to her, she's texting you all the time, and she wants to be together.

I'm sorry but it's a strong indicator that she isn't that interested if you feel very uncertain about her feelings for you, and you struggle to understand if she likes you or not.
