Girls, Random Guy gives you his number Ok or Creepy?

So unfortunately I’m not a confidant person and not sure if I accidentally came across as creepy?

Here is the background. On Monday last week this cute girl early to mid 20s sits opposite me. We sort of glance and smile at one another and don’t say anything.

Fast forward to this Monday I see her again but this stone she’s sitting across the isle opposite me we glance and smile some more her smile at times turns to a grin sometimes to giggling. Later on she looks me in the eye and due to nerves I quickly look away. Anyway my stop is approaching and on impulse I write down my number on a pice of paper with a message I don’t normally do this but your too cute however in my haste I tore off the but your too cute part folded it up and awkwardly pu it on her table as I got off the train. This was Monday night and haven’t heard anything from her.

Which got me thinking have I accidentally come across as creepy or was it ok to give her my number?

Thanks for the responses so far. I should probably also clarify my intention was to give her the choice to contact me rather than put her on the spot and me being super nervous say something stupid. Also re reading my initial question I don’t expect her to contact me but would very much like her to, didn’t mean to come across as expecting her to contact me just cause I gave her my number
Just want to make sure I haven’t done somthing creepy or weird

Also she had the choice of seats near or far from me and chose to sit facing me in direct line of sight. Surly she wouldn’t smile and grin like 4 times and adjust her outfit. If she wasn’t interested?

Again I’m not good at reading people and have never had to ask a girl out and been to caught up in my job to the point that I am not good at reading social situations and have to come here and ask strangers on the internet so that I can learn for next time
