I was at my friends work Christmas party and these 2 girls initially went up to these 2 other guys there and asked if they wanted to dance with them. One guy declined and as the other was dancing with one of the girls she asked him who I was and then she came up to me and asked if I would dance with her friend. I said nah, i dont dance.
So, we went to a club/bar after and those same 2 girls went to. I decided id dance with her here and told that guy to tell her that. She came up to me and asked if I wanted to dance with her. So, she started grinding on me, touching/feeling me up
Would she have done this if she didn't find me attractive? I felt like a 2nd option if anything thats why I declined at first.

Yes as they like attention and whomever will do it wins.
Sometimes we just want someone fun to dance with. But you mentioned she was touching you and being flirty, dude she was into you! If you still don’t believe it then she was drunk and horny
