Guys! Why would you text another girl if you love your girlfriend? Apparently ego boost, attention……….. asked to meet and never followed through. Just liked that he could?

Apparently he has not settled down. It seems he is not ready for a long-term stable relationship with just one person. This is kind of odd for a 30 year old. What else is going on here? Recently divorced?

No but definitely a big disconnect in our relationship.. no sex, kissing etc. we got kinda lost for a while (months).

No, I don't think most men would do this simply for a ego boost. If a guy who is in a relationship is texting another girl and likes her romantically, then most likely his relationship is already over or secretly in trouble.

I don't think men do that simply for the ego boost without plans to escalate, if they don't follow through its likely because they believe she isn't available.

Of course that could be a ego boost or it is just that such men who do this are not loyal. They have some character defect.
