Well first I wouldn't assume that he knows your "love language" lol, but personally I don't flirt with girls I have no interest in.

I don't understand people who flirt just to flirt, it makes absolutely no sense to me. Then again, I don't understand guys who think it's ok to touch female coworkers.
If he has the balls to do that, he'd probably have the balls to ask you out.
