If a married person flirts with another married person is that wrong.

Flirting is dangerous. And to a lot of people, two married individuals having an affair is an ideal situation as no one will disturb the life of the other. If by chance this is happening to you, I know more than one married guy who thinks this way. It is the "ideal situationship".

Well, would either of those married people care if their partner was flirting up someone else? If the answer is no then I think that speaks to the to then condition of their relationship. I’m guessing it’s not an open marriage, otherwise there’d be no question as to whether or not flirting with someone else is ok. So if the husband or wife is showing interest in another, then something worth addressing is probably wrong with their marriage.

Yes, because that’s a mutual agreement which allows both partners to have relations with someone else. Doing it behind the wife/husbands back is where the problem comes in.
