Why do married men flirt with other women?

I noticed that some coworkers and even my boss stare and smile at me when I'm not looking and hold the stare when I catch them looking. Why do they do that if they know they could never be in a relationship with me?

Married Men and Women flirt with others because there is an emotional disconnect at home. They are not receiving attention at home or the kind of attention that they crave. When the married individual flirts, they are usually trying to fill that space. And, any other type of Validation that they can get they will take.

Often from these situations evolve Situationships or Work Wife. It can escalate into a gigantic and life altering Situationship !!

usually women get married to good looking guys with money because society tells them they need to marry a good looking guy with money. but the good looking guy with money doesn't always treat them the best or is not the best guy for them. i dont blame them for picking these types of men because of the pressure they must feel to date from friends and family. but its a poor choice. again, not blaming them for it if i was a woman i would probably end up in that situation too.
