That's normal though but I do it most of the time. I make the moves and initiate the conversations still with butterflies and small degree of panic... but I do it.

Guys today can be a bit nervous because some women have basically told them that it is harassment if he flirts and they aren't interested. Only guys they like are not harassing them when they flirt. I feel more comfortable if the woman makes the initial flirtation.
