How to give note to your mutual crush?

if the person is not there, is it ok to give it to someone else to give them, it or put it on their car under the windshield wiper its a safe parking lot? nothing creepy just thinking how to do this and looking for advice.

I did that once in highschool (put it on her windshield) and nothing came of it lol. It might be cute if a girl does it though. Girls can get away with anything

thank you, its a hard situation due to where he works thats why i figured that way, like they watch everything and we might get in trouble otherwise
