I'm not sure that's a crush if it was a school event. It seems really neutral. When I was in high school, a girl put a love letter in my locker. I was then on a mission to find who it was but I found out by looking at all the girl's handwriting in my class. It turns out it matched with the girl I was hoping it wouldn't and not the one I wanted... :/ life's just not fair lol

I'm not sure I believe in the "friendzone." It's worse to be thought as a brother. I'll just say there's not enough information to give you any advice. You could do what I did though and compare the handwriting to some of your female friends to see if they match. People usually have rather unique handwriting. Or see if someone knows who wrote it.
