I'm not an expert but they usually become abnormally interested in what you say, even when you say something outrageously stupid, and compliment you left and right, and sometimes play with themselves like their hair or something.
The number one way I can tell is if I say something outrageous and a girl still agrees with me. I actually lost interest though in women who agreed with me so much. But that seems to be way of the flirty woman.

They act friendly. Of course, that puts you in a position where you have to guess whether she is one of the many women who always complain that they "can't be friendly with guys because they misinterpret it as flirting".

Well I personally look at the person a lot and if we make eye contact I will look away and then smile. And I kind of tease them a little bit too. In fact the more I tease you the more I like you. And ofc we’re going to find excuses to touch you. We are going to laugh at all your dumb jokes and smile a lot too
