The most obvious way for me is to make a quirky or unexpected comment to make him laugh. Like I once told a friend that I had a Walmart credit card and for every $100 I spend I get a $1 discount. That made them laugh. I referred to the Duggar mom as “that woman who had been pregnant for a quarter of a century.” That is how I flirt.

Depends on the girl and her personality. She might give you extra attention, laughing at all your jokes and teasing you. She might touch you a lot... for example grabbing your arm, playfully hitting you, hugs etc. She might give you a nickname, make up excuses to talk to you more often or be around you. Maybe she gives you a lot of compliments. There are a lot of signs.
