Guys, how should a woman flirt?

I am terrible at flirting. Basically I pull a Ross. Get very nervous and end up saying the stupidest things. How can I improve?
And also can you suggest a good method to approach guys. Also terrible at that.

Okay. So way back in my long ago youth I too had some difficulty figuring out how to approach a woman I found attractive. Not a friend, coworker, or colleague, but rather that total stranger at the bar, party, or event. A really great gal-pal taught me the way of the woman and it was amazing. It’s too much for an answer here (DM me if you like) but essentially go out and speak to 25 strangers in a weekend. Ask the time. Compliment their clothing. Ask what book their reading at the book store. Ask directions. Whatever. I focused on women, but obviously you may focus on men. Within weeks not only did it no longer phase me to talk to a girl but I also was surprised how many seemingly harmless ice breaking moments led to full conversations, friendships, or dates. By the time your numb to the awkwardness or nervousness of approaching strangers you simply realize one day you are talking to somebody your very attracted to and it just kind of happened naturally. Anyhow, it worked for me like a charm.

It is not about flirting but do this.

You see a seat next to him, go over to him and ask if the seat is free. If he says no then it doesn't matter if someone comes and sit there or not, that no means he doesn't want to chat with you so move one.

If he says yes it is free and turn his body to you then he wants to chat if he doesn't turn his body to you then it means either he doesn't care or he will not do the next step to talk with you.

Stop chasing after guys out of your league. You will not have any problem being comfortable with less attractive guys.

@SUMAIREBRAHIM I see it all the time; average and below-average-looking girls rejecting average guys and talking about and chasing after popular guys so far out of their league, that it is hopeless. And, most by age 13 if not before, will drop their panties if only the popular guys will ask and some popular guys do ask.

I don't know where this comes from except we don't want to hurt their feeling if they are less capable. therefore teach to the lowest level and the ridiculous notion that we all deserve the best.

No one responded to either of the two MyTakes because GAG did not allow either of the MyTakes to be visible. They don't hide my questions. They may remove them, and they often do, but otherwise, everyone can read them. I will not waste my time writing a MyTake if GAG is not going to allow them to visible.

I do the same thing sometimes, I think it just takes relaxing and being present. I find the times I say or do the weirdest/embarrassing things is when I’ve somewhat dissociated. To remedy this I try to acknowledge something with all of my senses. Something I can feel, smell, hear, etc. to help me stay present.

Oh hey, that's what I do too. I feel awkward many times, talking to strangers. Meeting through Friends is the best and most comfortable way. But also I do not want to scare women away with my stupid sayings. We need to keep putting ourselves out there. Join groups and courses to meet like minded people.

Part of flirting is listening intently and making eye contact. Women smile and make eye contact with me but that doesn't mean its flirting. Asking certain questions can be flirting. Simple things where do you live? What do you drive? music, movies etc...

If your hearts in it, that's all that matters. To most women he's just one big game to her. This is why men assume most women are completely full of s*** and he's just reacting. You could literally say ANYTHING and it isn't going to have much impact with him. It's more about the conversation as a whole. We're looking to see how many times you lie to us and what you're lying about.
