Guys, Was my step cousin flirting with me?

He is my stepdad’s nephew, so not blood related. We also went 10 years without seeing each other. This all happened after the 10-year gap:

One time, we were riding the train together and talking. He put his hand on my knee for about 5 seconds and gave it a light squeeze.

Another time, I was helping him pick out outfits in the mall, and he zipped his pants (which he was trying on) down while locking eyes with me. Maybe I’m overthinking this one though.

Finally, he did hint that he thought I was pretty, literally saying to my friend and I that we were probably the prettiest girls in our university class.
