It's really quite amazing men are voting this is desperate behaviour but it's the same guys who get pissed a woman doesn't approach them first. ALSO: This is asking if you are already interested in the woman and she does this.

Well, I'm usually really guarded because men usually give me these really piercing stares and they make me u comfortable. A guy a see frim time to time always has a really warm and wide smile for me and I liked his vibe so I found myself really making it obvious I'm noticing him. He has responded with a really sweet smile and huge eye contact. Where I see him isn't really ci ducive to talking so I don't know if anything will come of it.
