Yes you can say it without being a jerk afterall boobs are part of a girls body and what girl doesn't want to be complimented on her body. I have big boobs and have been told many time that they are pretty or I look great in the shirt I'm wearing that day...as long as you seem like you mean it the girl won't get mad and if she does it's because she doesn't like them herself.

Generally no, not unless she's your girlfriend or maybe a friend with benefits. But if she's a stranger, acquaintance, friend, your sister, or someone you've just started dating, there's a good chance she won't take it well. Of course, how a girl takes a compliment on her t*ts varies from girl to girl, but I'd be careful with that.

Not as creepy, since she brought up the shape of her body, but that can be creepy depending on how it's said (word choice and tone of voice). I would say that the additional "reallys" could make it more creepy, but if it's said in a nonchalant way, like, "Nah, you have nothing to worry about, you've got a nice body." Then it probably wouldn't be taken as creepy.

Also, keep in mind that many girls take compliments differently depending on how they feel about the guy giving the compliment.

Sure.

A girl is given the same compliment from two different guys. Let's say she's wearing a short skirt and both guys tell her, "You have really nice legs."

If she's attracted to/interested in the first guy, she's more likely to be flattered and feel good about the compliment. Since she likes him, she wants him to be attracted to her.

If she's not attracted to/interested in the second guy, she may assess him to be a "creep".

If she's confident that you're not interested in her in that way, she would probably just take it as a compliment. However, giving a girl the type of compliment that would usually receive from someone who is interested in her (i.e. saying she has a hot body could imply attraction) has the potential to cause a girl to reassess whether you just like her as a friend, or if you're attracted to her.

There is no way to say it nicely. When guys compliment on my body I get really self conscious because I feel like a butterface. Why would a guy just compliment on a girls body? I mean I don't like it so I don't think you should do it.

No. Boobs/ass/curves are the equivelance of a man's muscle definition.

Society has made it unacceptable for men to openly compliment boobs on a woman,

and so they will get offended and see you as a "perv". There is nothing you can do just keep the compliments to yourself, they won't understand you.
