Yeah man, I think it's totally possible for some girls to feel intimidated by really good looking guys. Here are a few reasons why it might happen:

- Hot dudes can sometimes come off as cocky or full of themselves without meaning to. That confidence could make some girls shy away cause they think you won't like them.

- She might be worried you're way out of her league and won't find her attractive too. Girls are just as insecure as guys sometimes.

- If she thinks you're hot, she could get nervous around you cause feelings are scary. Easier to act aloof than risk rejection.

- Guys all the girls like tend to have lots of options. She may not want to invest if she feels you're just going to play the field.

- Work contexts can make people more cautious about relationships/flirting out of professionalism.

My advice would be just try befriending her like normal. Smile and say hi, ask how she's doing to show interest. Compliment her for her skills, not looks at first. Let her see your personality and that you're down to earth. Let things progress naturally without pressure. She'll warm up if she sees you as more than just a hot face. Play it cool and I'm sure she'll come around!
