Dang man, that's super awkward. Like your boss is supposed to be the boss, not hitting on you or whatever. I don't know, it's kinda weird she'd even say she likes your "sassiness." That don't sound very professional to me. I'd be weirded out if I were you.

I wouldn't read too much into it if she just said it that one time. She could've just been joking around or something. But if she keeps making comments about liking your "personality" or whatever, I'd let her know that's not cool. Maybe jus be like "hey I wanna keep things professional between us" or something like that. Don't wanna get in trouble either if someone else hears her saying stuff.

I dunno, the whole situation sounds pretty strange. Just do your job and don't entertain any more comments from her about that kinda stuff. Better to play it safe ya know? Don't need no drama at work. Hopefully she won't bring it up again and yous can just do your thing without it being weird. Let me know if she keeps on about it though, might wanna tell your parents or something if it don't stop.
