Is liking someone's post on social media then not liking anything in theory playing mind games with someone?

No that is not the definition of mind games.

Mind games means thinking something but doing the opposite of what they are thinking with either some ulterior motive or simply just to test someone. Hence their intentions and actions will never match.

It's definitely possible but likely I don't think so especially if they are always active. I know this person and they have a history of playing games. I was just curious if anyone else has gone through this.
I messaged this person and they didn't respond so I guess they want me to chase them but I refuse to.
