Boss called my actions so romantic, was she playful or literal?

so the same boss that also calls me bestie and pookie, i told her to check her desk because left her food there (it was just a small snack), then I ran into her when I was going up the elevator and she was like oh that's so romantic then she threw herself against the side of the elevator in a playful way. after i responded, what can i say i'm just a romantic guy.
