Girls, Is it bad that I'm attracted to this guy now because he got a big promotion?

I never saw him that way before, but now that he is a manager, got a five dollar an hour raise, and is more confident and manly, I now respect him more and I am attracted to him as a man. He has also gotten physically stronger, his arms, chest and shoulders all look a bit bigger. A group picture was being taken and I went next to him. He put his arm around my waist for the pic and I was a bit surprised, it was still not something I would expect from him. We exchanged numbers, should I call him or wait for him to call me?
