Is this guy attracted to me judging from this?

There's guy I've seen often over a year the bus driver. There's times I don't see him for a while. Feels like there's a attraction from our energy making a lot of eye contact more than usual and the way we interact. I always say Hi or thanks acting more interactive and he says hi morning or hi looking happy to see me. His voice always softer with me. He doesn't say as much to anyone else. It was raining I was getting off the bus he was like careful bye while watching me walk down the stairs he doesn't usually say that I thought it was cause it was raining. The next time it wasn't raining said thank you more smiley instead of thanks after he still said bye bye careful. He was starting to say more to me. The other day getting off he didn't say anything to anyone only me he said you welcome smiling but only bye to others. Didn't see him again for 3 months. There were two buses I glanced in and I didn't look properly , walked off to one in front after I looked back at the other bus I noticed it was him right before getting on the other bus. Started looking at him he was looking my direction , took out phone to look busy avoiding eye contact felt awkward. Didn't realise how bad it looked like I rejected him. The next time I saw him he didn't acknowledge me avoided looking me cold vibe. He's never acted that way to me. Accidently rejected him. I've made extra effort to show him I like him with my actions paying him more attention , giving him good eye contact smiling etc. Skipped the bus in front knowing his was coming behind everyone was getting on the one in front. The last couple of days had him to and from work he's changed back to his usual way with me. Talking differently to me acting nicer. He did a seat check and he came stand really close to while checking the back seats I wasn't near the back. We're in that small talk stage. How can I get to know him more I keep getting shy?

I'm not sure how I keep getting shy around him? I'm sure he notices and since I've started saying a lot more as times gone one. Is he waiting on me to make a move? seeing if I get more confident around him?

But if you don’t ever make a move two shy people will never do anything and nothing will ever happen and you don’t know if he’s gonna get another bus route or quit it’s not a guarantee he is always going to be working there

I don't think he's shy or maybe he is. I'll try next time not sure when I'll see him. If it's the direction I get off the last stop. But it seems like he's interested anyway? and from him acting cold when he thought i rejected him

I would suspect that a bus driver wouldn't give a lot of opportunity to slow down and chit chat. Of all the random people to want to flirt with, you really picked the worst one.

Is there a regular commute that you see him regularly on? Maybe you could give him a muffin, and put your number in the bag.

Put you do need to put in more work in flirting ahead of that plan. Maybe. You dropped the ball with your shyness when you saw him in an unexpected situation. You should have enthusiastically waved to him. That would have made his day.

If I were you, I'd make sure I had a joke ready to go every day. You could flirt with him everyday for 20 seconds. The plus side, of him being so busy doing his job, is that his reaction will be obvious. Just tell him jokes for a week or two. Then give him a muffin with your phone number in a note.

Hmmm... No... They should have each other's full attention for maximum fun. Your idea would be easier I guess. But when you're driving it's too easy to sort of be mechanical in your conversation, and that would be inconducive to romance.

Like, the worst thing would be if she sits behind him, and she starts yammering on, and he isn't paying attention, and it just kills any attraction.

No, your best bet is to really go heavy on the nonverbal when you walk through the door. Smile and touch his shoulder. When you get there. You need those jokes first.

Like I said, you really picked the wrong guy. Especially since you're shy. But maybe this is your call to adventure. Maybe you subconsciously chose him because you realize that you HAVE to get out of your shell and you have to try in difficult situations...

@Part2603 This has been going on for like a year there's months we don't see each other so I might see him a few times one week then not for another couple weeks or so. He drives in the same area route it's a coach. It always feels there's an attraction the energy thats whats making me shy. I think he is interested too and then the time i hadn't seen him for a while accidently walked right past him that seemed to bother him. After I made sure I needed to be more obvious since he probably thought I didn't like him. He definitely acts differently towards me over others I see how he interacts. He pays more attention. He started saying have a nice day he didn't normally say that i try to do the same recently. I said it to him in the morning he said it to me in the evening when getting off I forgot to wish it to him back smiling instead. I'm pretty sure he's picked up I'm shy around him definitely gotten more confident as time goes on I think he noticed. In one route I get off at the last stop I sit near the back so I get off last try to interact with him. I wouldn't want whole bus hear conversation. Yeah I guess he's at work so for him to make a move is harder or he might be shy. He definitely seemed to be trying to get close to me when he done the seat check he stood right in front beside me i was on the outside seats. I don't normally get this shy I keep feeling a strong energy maybe I'm picking up the mutual attraction or something.
