I'm in year 10 at my local high school and there is this guy I've liked for a while. We talk on in and outside of school. We both like football and basketball and we get on pretty well. But i can't tell if he actually likes me. He's quite popular at school and I kind of stay away from all the drama. But to me he's nice, funny, sweet and just plain gorgeous. How do I know if he actually like me though? How do most guys flirt with girls? Let me know I would really appreciate it.

The problem is that with those boys that are popular at school, that they have the choice with girls since they seem to flock towards them.

Does he behave differently with you than with other girls? Does he pay more attention to you? Does he go out of his way for you? Would he take you under his wing if someone would bully you? If you can answer these questions with "yes", then you know that he likes you.

However, please bear in mind that at that age, feelings can switch very quickly and mainly boys may change how they feel about boys and girls in an instant. Good luck.
