I have a question, there’s a guy that I got to know him from bumble and then we shared our socials and chatted for a period of time and then i guess he started to lose interest or sth cause he took so long to reply. So i did the same and stopped talking but he saw my stories and then he replied back on one of my stories and while chatting he said “ the problem is that you are so my type” and I don’t know what to say, but I feel like he saying that just to feed his ego and see if i still like him or not. And I don’t know what to say

When you did not seem to make a move towards meeting him, he simply lost interest in you, knowing he could probably not get into your pants. That is probably the most likely answer. What happens next, he moves to the next victim because this guy is a player, just like most of them on those hookup platforms.

The way I see it, he was not successful with the subsequent victims and then in a desperate move came back and gave you this cringe "you're my type" sentence. It simply means that he hopes to have better luck if he butters you up with such meaningless phrases.

Yes he is toxic because your romance will be short lived. Once he has gotten you where he wants you to be and fornicated a few times, you will just be number 264 on his list. Time for him to make a move onto victim #265.
