After they are dating me or a girl I know, then absolutely not, I HATE it. But, if they are flirting with women they generally like and aren't trying to get attention themselves or leading on someone they know they don't really like, then it is fine.

Women are competitive by nature. They want to be the one that is getting the attention. If not, they will wonder why. However, this is far from an absolute.

Lightly flirting with a girl can INSTANTLY indicate if she is fun and interesting. It is best to reject the pompous girls who assume that all guys who are flirtatious are OBVIOUSLY hitting on them.

Not old ones please.. whenever i go out men who are in their 40's or late 30's try to pick up a convo on me some of them even calls me beautiful. I see that they try to be respectful when they talk but i feel so uncomfortable because of the age difference like you're the same age as my dad. Plus i feel dirty i don't know hot to explain this. But guys who are younger than 25 is okay and good to go for me since I am 18
