Hmm, from a guy's perspective, I'd say that behavior does sound a little flirty! A couple reasons why:

- Calling you silly with a big smile is a compliment, and kind of an endearing way to tease you. Guys don't usually point that out in a friendly way.

- Leaving his arm pressed against yours for longer than a few seconds of laughter is unnecessary contact that lingers. Like he's finding an excuse to touch you.

- In general, most guys avoid too much physical closeness with female friends unless there's some underlying interest or attraction there.

So to me it definitely seems like he may be into you! The lingering arm touch especially gives me vibes like he wants an excuse to be close to you physically. And the silly nickname and smile shows he thinks you're cute.

I'd say try noticing if he does other little flirty gestures too. Smiling a lot at you, finding excuses to talk one on one, subtle compliments, etc. If you like him too you should try flirting back a little and see how he responds! Could be the start of something.

It means cute mostly when guys use it, but it depends on how he said it
