I've never heard of something like this before. She's very touchy with me and verbally flirts a lot with sexual undertones too. When I told her that a friend of mine thinks she will eventually try to make out with me she said he doesn't understand joking. Do girls flirt and touch other guys jokingly?

Well, some girls are like that and sadly it does not mean that they really like you. It's a subconcious behaviour. Usually it means that they find you cute or you give them attention and they like it. But sometimes thay want your attention if they do that to you. I guess sometimes you just have to ask her out to know:)
