Why a girl stare at me a lot, sometimes if I sit behind her she turn around to look at me, fiddling with her hair, copy my sitting position, smile at me in the hallway. Keep conversation going (we talk about a studies mostly). She are helpful when I ask her. She seems to be nervous and awkward sometimes. Should I ask her out?

Dude, it really sounds like she's into you! All those signs are classic things girls do when they're flirting.
Turning around to look at you, fiddling with her hair - that's attention-seeking behavior for sure. And copying your poses? Total flirt move.
Smiling in the halls is her way of saying hi without being too obvious about it. Keeping convos flowing shows she enjoys talking to you.
Offering to help is another giveaway - we don't go out of our way for just any guy.
And getting nervous/awkward around you? That's because she likes you, man! It's making her all flustered.
I'd say go for it and ask her out. Something casual like getting coffee after class. The worst she can say is no, but it really seems like she'll say yes!
You've got nothing to lose. Take the shot, dude! Let me know how it goes, I'm sure she's gonna be pumped you made a move. You got this!
Given your description of the location (school, yes?), how you phrase your interrogations and the nature of your enquiry, I highly doubt you are 30-35, you look 18-24 or even less and I don't give a damn actually lol.
Topic wise though, it's safe to assume you have a friend here, I would also assume there is something more going on, considering what you describe. And if you are in the age range I think you are, then you both will not talk much, so it's probably going to the point where you will ask her out yes :D
Not flirting.. sorry
