Why a girl stare at me a lot, sometimes if I sit behind her she turn around to look at me, fiddling with her hair, copy my sitting position, smile at me in the hallway. Keep conversation going (we talk about a studies mostly). She are helpful when I ask her. She seems to be nervous and awkward sometimes. Should I ask her out?

Given your description of the location (school, yes?), how you phrase your interrogations and the nature of your enquiry, I highly doubt you are 30-35, you look 18-24 or even less and I don't give a damn actually lol.

Topic wise though, it's safe to assume you have a friend here, I would also assume there is something more going on, considering what you describe. And if you are in the age range I think you are, then you both will not talk much, so it's probably going to the point where you will ask her out yes :D
