Girls, Is she flirting with me if she’s acting really girly/feminine with me?

We were sitting on the grass at a park on our second date. And she was lying down with her stomach to the ground and she was in front of me. She looked away and I checked out her ass because it was right in front of me. And then she caught me looking and she didn’t break eye contact she just smiled. Then she sat up and put on lip gloss in front of me and told me how she loves her glittery sunscreen because it makes her feel feminine. Then she would lie down again in the same position while talking to me and not breaking eye contact and she lifted her feet to the sky and swung them back and forth. I wanted to check out her ass in that position so bad but I didn’t because she was looking at me so I resisted. But it felt like she was teasing me and like she wanted me to check her out again. Because she sat up and then later on got in the same position and she would stare away for a good moment before she would rapidly turn her head to meet my eyes. Like if she wanted to catch me staring. She would also sit in a feminine way while I just sat the whole time. Was she flirting with me and acting this way on purpose?
