Girls, I’m not sure if this girl is flirting with me?

For context, we’re friends but don’t talk a lot despite the fact that we go to the same church and known each other since we were kids. A couple weeks ago, at a large church event where a lot of people go, I stood and stared around, not talking to anyone, so I happened to look her way and she was talking to like 2 other girls with her back facing me a couple hundred feet away. And then immediately afterwards, she seems like she know where I was because she stops talking, turns around and bites her lip while staring at me and we held the eye contact for a good few seconds before someone interrupts me. Her face was neutral when she did it. I was skeptical of it and saw here on girlsaskguys that a girl said it could mean 4 things: 1. Chapped lips and sucking on them/biting moisturizes them. 2. Flirting if she is looking at you. 3. Nervous or thinking deeply. Or 4. Thinks you are attractive. I know it’s not one because the weather wasn’t cold the day it happened so I don’t think she has chapped lips plus she would have licked them if she wanted to moisturized them if they were actually chapped. She doesn’t suck on them. The day of that event, there was a shootout near her house so recently I asked her if she was shaken up because of it without revealing my intention with this question. She said she wasn’t shaken up that she was fine and that would’ve put her in a nervous/anxious state. When she thinks deeply she doesn’t stare at anyone at particular let alone use facial expression so I don’t think it’s number 3 in it’s entirety. I mean it could be flirting but I like to play it safe and imagine that she might not fancy me. Any thoughts on this? Sorry that it’s super long lol
