Yes, we always hold eye contact when we talk, I try to keep the convo about work, I also wait for her to come talk to me, don't want to seem needy, she patted me in the hip the other day, and she kinda invades my personal space when she's talking to me from the side

Being this is at work I get the need to be discreet but it sounds like she likes you enough you could ask if she wanted to go for coffee or lunch. If she says no be gracious about it and don't let it change your attitude about her. When I have turned down guys I am generally impressed when they handle it well and it doesn't bother them.
