Is she flirting?

There's a girl I work with. I don't speak to her very often but on the few occasions she comes over to me she always cheekily grabs a sweet without asking.

There always follows some playful banter where I pretend to be mad. Yesterday I lightly slapped her hand when she went to take one.

The other day she grabbed a Haribo ring and put it on her finger. And yesterday she took a sweet and stood there playing with it, stretching it from her mouth as she talked to me.

She runs hot and cold though. One day she'll interact with me, usually on office chat, and the next day she doesn't say a single thing.

Not sure if she just likes the attention or if there's something more. What do you think I should do?
