It’s a pretty normal response especially when the flirting catches you off guard it’s a emotional reaction too if their heart skips a beat. I would say blushing can definitely be a good sign.

At the same time a man (or woman for that matter) may blush even when he doesn’t find the person flirting attractive because he’s embarrassed or maybe it’s awkward.

As for people who are oblivious there are times where someone just doesn’t know somebody is flirting since many people flirt different ways. Some people take things the wrong way when it isn’t flirting but when someone is they just don’t seem to notice.

Other times maybe he does catch on but isn’t that interested maybe it’s because he doesn’t find her attractive or maybe he’s taken. Who knows
