There’s so much to do it’s just that for me personally I do something and don’t have the patience for it anymore.

Hobbies and friends. Learn to play an instrument. Learn a language. Take martial arts classes. Or dance classes. Learn to paint or draw. There are a million things and at least some will appeal if you give them a chance.
