Well women aren’t in a hive mind sure there may be some more universal things but every single woman is different.

Don’t worry about all women worry about who it is you want to be with. Express interest directly when you’re interested just tell her you are, if she rejects you then you’re not wasting your time on her. I agree with a lot of what user summer of love said, and I want to add that you will learn what women like/want as you go. This is all learned with experience as we all have different experiences and perspectives when it comes to flirting and what not.
