Help, I need to know if it's a good sign?

i've had a crush for a while, he knows who I am, he greets me, we talked about two weeks ago at an event, we saw each other at a party, and saw each other last week too, but we didn't talk much.

Today, he talked to me and sat next to me in class. We chatted for a bit, before and after class. I wasn't sure if I should wait for him so we could go home together so I went to see my friend, but she saw him get out of class and she left me alone. He catched up with me and went to talk to me and we went home together.

I know it can be perfectly platonic as well but I want to know if it's positive or not?
