I had a question about something. I seen this girl walking past me with two children. I said excuse me can I ask you a question. It was in regards of directions. After that she started talking to me a lot. She made very strong eye contact with me. After we were done talking and get ready to walk away she smiled and winked at me. Does that mean she's interested in me
