I’ve had a few simps b4 and I love it <3  I don't know why people dog on it so much I think it’s so sweet. They always send the most heartfelt messages <3 Love the gifts too!

Okay first things first, the thumbnail picture G@G put for your question is pretty hilarious in my opinion, lol. Just how he's pleading with the rose in his mouth and she's just looking away from him completely.

Anyway, I think it's pretty pathetic as I think desperation in general is pathetic. No person is worth that much effort if the affection is not reciprocated. And at some point it can even become borderline harassment if the person keeps insisting with the clearly uninterested person.

As for YOUR point of view... wow... that's a first, a woman who views simps as a good thing, lol. Good to see variety of opinions in the world. I myself have some extremely uncommon opinions that few people hold. I can see how the sweet messages and gifts would be a good thing. As long as they don't try to sexually assault or rape you or anything.

Also, if your profile picture is actually you, I can definitely see why you'd have a lot of simps, lol. Besides you being conventionally attractive you also sort of have that nerdy/goth/emo/gamer girl/alt/punk aesthetic that a lot of internet dudes absolutely die for, lol. Not to mention the very common "big tiddy goth girlfriend" meme which uh... not to be creepy, just objectively speaking, you definitely fit that profile, lol.

But yeah. I personally find simps kind of pathetic, but if you enjoy having simps then be my guest, lol. It's your life.

The fact that you've "had a few simps b4" shows exactly why they're wasting their time being a simp. They put forth so much effort/resources and then get left behind as soon as they're not useful.

I hate simps... they're the reason Onlyfans is even a thing. Even some Twitch streamers rely on simps. I don't get it, they work and then hand that money over to some chick when porn is free... go to chaturbate if you just want to watch cam girls for free.

Also, a lot of these "bad bitches" can only afford to be so bad because of simps. They enable women to be horrible people when normal life would deflate their egos. Not just that, but a simp is the first one to step up and defend a horrible woman, the first to give her a lighter sentence than a man for the same crime, and the first to take a man's kid away and strip him of cash to hand over to a horrible woman. All the bad things in the world seem very attached to simps. Even issues I have with women in general, has a root cause that stems from simps.

let's clear the air. You don't love simps, you love the attention and gifts your getting. Your not dating them, entering relationships or returning their heartfelt interest. Basically your lying.

Simps are nothing more than men who are trying to "buy" their way into your life. They are hoping for a Disney romance where you suddenly decide "OMG!! he is the one@!"

I would say a lot depends on the purpose and the degree of the effort.

Many of the things that are called simping today are completely fine as long as it happens in appropriate moderation (like sodium in food) and with the purpose of sharing and maintaining an already exisiting relationship.

Alas, many guys believe it to be the number one way to getting a woman's sexual interest and go all out on it (because excess is a man's second name).

In their defense, of all the popular ways of getting a woman's attention simping is probably the one that is criticized the least and advertised the most by the majority of the female populace.

There's a major difference between being respectful, kind or caring towards another individual and then there's simping which usually these people have no backbone and it's more of a kissing ass, what makes simping bad is that even when the person they are simping for is wrong or bad they still kiss ass, even if this bad is for the persons well being, its desperate behavior cause everyone knows deep down simps are trying to get laid by having no backbone, there's nothing wrong with a guy treating you good, even tho I personally won't do too much for someone I have no commitment to, most they would get is compliments, gifts only if they are friends and it's their bday or something, but it someone has the time and money for a stranger that's all them but when it's time for the backbone, it's time.

Sending sweet messages, being supportive of your one true love, giving massages, and giving gifts knowing damn well they’ll love it & appreciate it also make their day less terrible is amazing when it is the right girl who loves affection & loves spending every waking hour of the day with her man.

I don’t see it as simping, if the woman has no interest or hasn’t shown interest at all then giving flowers, gifts, etc. expecting love, affection, and warmth back probably is closer to simping than actually being a loving man.
