Hi, I work with a man who's 22 years older than me and seems very cool and attractive. At first, I approached him like a father, and he approached me like a student, but over the past eight years, we've lost touch. He'd stare at me for a long time when he saw me. He's always singing loudly when I get home. I'm constantly trying to touch him, like I'm trying to work. I touch his arm and try to move closer, but whenever I talk, I'm very serious, and he usually avoids me. How can I do that? Also, my hand literally burns under my hand.
