yes , plenty of times and it works if they like you. I just had a very cute bartender flirting with me , I was at the bar with a group of my friends' and we were having a good time , drinking our faces off , I had the bartender put the drinks on my Tab and i was buying drinks for my friends" The bartender was talking my ear off and asked me a bunch of personal questions, which i didn't mind because i liked her and thought she was beautiful. So her and I ended up talking the whole night while i was still buying my friends" drinks on my Tab , My Bar Tab was pushing like 500 bucks from all the drinks , When i told her to close my Tab out , she smiled and handed me my bill, the Total was 50 bucks and her phone number , I smiled big time and told her she didn't have to lower my bill , she said just make sure you call me , So i did and I went out with her last night and we had a great time

I started dating a waitress from I went to but never got anything free when I would eat there. She would bring me a piece of cheese cake on occasion when she came over after work. She sure looked sexy in her uniform, I thought I'd just throw that in there.

I have never flirted with the intent of free stuff. I have recieved free stuff though for that reason. Respectful flirting and flattering will get 90% of the way there in most aspects of life.
