Why did my female friend show me a nude video, then deny it later?

I (30) was working out at the gym with my friend (36) when she stopped and opened up her phone to ask me what I thought about a video she made and sent of her bent over in fishnets twerking and rubbing herself. Why would she do that? And why would she lie and deny ever showing me the video months later? My friend has told me she doesn't like me in that way. Why did she do this?
